Graham Biss BEM DL Managing Director
Graham manages the whole of Natural Enterprise and all its projects. Graham is passionate about the Isle of Wight, its communities, rural economy and countryside. He’s also pretty keen on football.
Seb Taylor Rivers & Invasive Species Project Manager
Seb hosts the Island Rivers Catchment Partnership, providing strategic coordination across the Isle of Wight’s river catchments and bringing together organisations and stakeholders to help shape priorities, align activity and support collaborative delivery. He also develops and delivers practical river projects, with a particular focus on invasive non-native species, riparian habitats, water quality and biodiversity.
Marianne Combe Project Manager - Rivers and River Catchments
Marianne supports the development and delivery of river and catchment projects across the Isle of Wight, helping to turn partnership priorities into practical, fundable projects. Her work includes project development, environmental monitoring and building the evidence base needed to support river restoration, water quality and wider catchment management.
Danny Horne Gift To Nature Countryside Ranger
Danny is our Senior Ranger so you are most likely to find him out on one of our sites. Danny does a lot of work managing and supervising our fabulous volunteers who are out there loving our countryside in a very practical way.
Jon Jewett Gift To Nature Countryside Ranger
Jon works with Danny managing the Gift to Nature sites. With a passion for woodlands and wildlife, he makes the sites safe for their human visitors whilst protecting the valuable habitats that they support.
Lauren Smith Gift To Nature Apprentice Ranger
Lauren is our Apprentice, working alongside Danny and Jon while learning the practical skills of countryside management and conservation. She enjoys getting hands-on with habitat work, helping care for our sites and supporting our fantastic volunteers.
Kate Cockle Royal IW Agricultural Society Membership Secretary
Kate manages the RIWAS membership to include signing up new members, annual renewals and day to day membership enquiries. She assists the Show Secretary at the Royal Isle of Wight County Show and looks after the Members' Pavilion at the Show. Kate also manages our Gift To Nature memebrs and supporters scheme.
Georgia Ellsworth Office Administrator and Royal IW County Show Secretary
Georgia deals with the day-to-day running of the Natural Enterprise office. She is the Secretary for the Royal Isle of Wight County Show, managing social media, organising traders and entertainment for the show.
Estee Phillimore Wight Rural Hub Manager & Catchment Sensitive Farming Coordinator
With a wealth of experience from previous roles within the Island rural sector, Estee coordinates the work of the Wight Rural Hub & Catchment Sensitive Farming, offering support and signposting to Island farmers and land managers.
Dylan Hamlet Catchment Sensitive Farming Advisor
Dylan provides completely free and confidential advice to Island farmers and land managers to help reduce water and air pollution from agriculture, improve soil health and support sustainable, profitable farming.
